Starting the Game

Title Screen

The Title Screen is where it all begins! Select one of the options from the menu to get started.

Continue	Load your game from an existing file.
New Game	Start a new farming adventure from the very beginning.
Options	Change your settings, check downloadable content, or view the staff roll.

Saving the Game

To record your progress, press the + Button and choose "Write in Journal," or use the journal on the side table next to your bed. A good night's sleep in bed will create an autosave for whatever time you decide to hit the hay. Not including the autosave, your journal can hold up to 8 separate entries, so use 'em wisely.

Your Farmer

The first step in your farming adventure is to create your farmer! Customize your style into whatever you choose, including your looks, your hair, and of course your name. Keep in mind that while your name, pronouns, and general appearance will stay the same, you can change the rest anytime using a dresser or mirror.

Appearance	Select your face type, skin color, and eye color.
Style	Change up your hairstyle, hair color, and outfit.
Name	Name your farmer (up to 8 characters).
Pronouns	Choose whether your farmer uses he/him, she/her, or they/them pronouns.

Growing Older	As time crawls on here in Forgotten Valley, you'll find yourself growing older with each passing year. Watch out for those gray hairs.
ファッション	髪型、髪の色、服装を選べます。
名前	主人公の名前を決められます（最大8文字）。
性別	おとこ、おんな、その他のなかから選べます。
